Moni joined the Board as a Non-executive Director in December 2023. She became Senior Independent Director on 1 April 2024.
From 2000 until 2016, Moni was a Partner and Head of the International Banking and Finance Division of Olswang LLP, before which she held senior positions in other leading law firms. Until 2017, Moni was Chief Operating Officer of Aistemos Limited. Previous Non-Executive Director positions include Polypipe Group plc, Dairy Crest Group plc, Breedon Group plc, Investec Bank plc and Cazoo Group Ltd. Moni is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of easyJet plc, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Co-operative Group and a Member of the Takeover Panel. She also founded EPOC a not-for-profit network that seeks to increase the number of people of colour on boards and is a member of the Parker Review Committee and a trustee on the Board of the St Marks Hospital Foundation charity.
Moni is a highly experienced city lawyer with extensive property financing experience and also brings her experience of being a Senior Independent Director and committee chair from other non-executive roles.
