Marina Thomas

Marina has responsibility for governance and compliance at Landsec, overseeing a broad range of areas including health and safety, security and resilience, ethics, data privacy, risk and controls, and sustainability reporting and insurance. Marina also has overall responsibility for Landsec’s sustainability strategy, chairing its multi-disciplinary sustainability hub and ensuring there is internal and external advocacy for the actions required by the business to deliver on its commitments. 

Marina has 25 years experience in governance across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Landsec, Marina was Group Company Secretary and EVP of Ethics and Communications at Meggitt PLC a global aerospace and defence business, where she also acted as a sponsor of their culture programme and women's network. Marina is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
