Remco Simon

Remco has responsibility for the Group’s strategic planning, capital allocation and capital markets activity. He has over 15 years’ prior experience in international real estate capital markets. Before joining Landsec, Remco was Managing Director at St. Modwen, with responsibility for strategy, investment and capital markets, and worked as director equity research at BofA Merrill Lynch and Kempen & Co. He holds a MSc in management and a BSc in construction engineering.
