At Landsec, we believe increasing diversity across our industry and supporting local communities is essential to the future of the places we create.
What is Landsec Futures?
Landsec Futures is our social mobility programme that aims to deliver social value for our local communities, supporting at least 30,000 people from underrepresented socio-economic backgrounds towards long-term employment by 2030. It will also provide the chance to increase the diversity of talent across the industry and in our business.
The fund reflects our approach to sustainability (Build well, Live well, Act well), and is an important step towards delivering our purpose: delivering sustainable places, connecting communities and realising potential.
Given the vibrant cultures we work with every day across our portfolio, we see that there’s significant opportunity to encourage voices within those communities, empowering them to lead change in the places they know the best.
