What information do we collect?

Land Securities Properties Limited deals with various partner organisations as part of its business activities. As part of these relationships, Landsec collects personal information about the people we deal with including:

information about your role, professional responsibilities and business interests

Most of the personal information we collect will be obtained as part of our day-to-day business dealing with you – for example if you inquire about Landsec’s services and provide your contact details to us.

We may also collect relevant business information from our agents, property marketing platforms, social media sites and other publicly available resources, but this will be limited to business-relevant, professional information.

If you are enquiring about one of our commercial premises, or wish to become an occupant, we may collect the following information about you:

Contact Information, including your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
Professional Information, including your company name, title, role, team and area of professional interest.
Payment Information, including your credit or debit card details, bank account information, and payment or other information required when you make a purchase.
Other information as is necessary to answer your enquiries or to administer your occupation of Landsec premises.

How we use your personal information

To contact you and to engage with you regarding our mutual business interests – for example to make you aware of new properties we are offering and to maintain the relationship between Landsec and business contacts at the other organisations we deal with.
