Suppliers of services to Landsec

If you supply services to Land Securities Properties Limited, we collect some personal information about you as part of our onboarding process and during our ongoing business relationship with you. This privacy notice explains the information we collect and how we use it.

What information do we collect?

If you or your organisation supplies services to Landsec, we will collect the following information about you:

Your name, title, job-role, details of the organisation you work for and in some cases your vehicle details using ANPR. We may also collect images of you via CCTV or BWV or as part of our access control systems.
Your skills and experience, if you are involved with an activity that entails Health and Security risk, such as construction.
If you supply services to Landsec as an individual, we will also require your personal address, VAT number and bank account details in order to make payment to you. We may also require your National Insurance details as required by CIS to comply with HMRC rules.
We may collect personal information relating to sanctions, credit checks and possibly other risk-screening checks where this is necessary in relation to your role.

How do we collect information about you?

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly as part of our business relationship, for example when you provide information through our onboarding portal. We may also collect information directly from you or through the company you work for. Please contact your employer if you require any information about the information they supply to us.

How we use your personal information

We only use personal information to administer our business relationship with the suppler and for purposes ancillary to this – for example to execute payment for the services you provide.

We may also use personal information to monitor and improve the products and services we offer.

Legitimate interests – to administer our business relationships with our suppliers and to maintain security and access control to premises.

Contract – to execute the contracts we have in place with our suppliers.
