Maybe your path takes you into the heart of property management, where you’re based in our London office or in one of our many best-in-class offices and leading retail and mixed-use destinations across the UK. Our industry creates the places where life happens, and they need to meet the needs of the diverse people that use them.  We’re only able to do that when we reflect the diversity of our communities within our own organisation. 

After all, we work in some of the most ethnically diverse places in the country, from London to Leeds. Three in five visitors to our retail destinations are women. Over 20% of the UK population is disabled but nearly 80% of disabled people find it difficult to access shops or shopping centres.
