ROLES AND OPPORTUNITIES
Whatever your background, whether it’s property or a different industry altogether, there’s a place for you at Landsec.
We offer a wide range of roles to suit your skills and ambitions whether you’re at the start of your career or an experienced professional. We’re always keen to hear from people who think they can bring something to our team, whether that’s huge enthusiasm or deep experience. If that’s you, apply for one of our available roles or send your CV to opportunities@landsec.com.
Imagine stepping into the world of property development, where your journey could begin with initial plans and lead you all the way to seeing places open for business.
Maybe your path takes you into the heart of property management, where you’re based in our London office or in one of our many best-in-class offices and leading retail and mixed-use destinations across the UK. Perhaps you find yourself brokering deals, navigating complex budgets and pressing timelines, or dreaming up creative sales and marketing strategies to bring new brands and eager customers to our vibrant spaces.
Or you could be joining one of our central function teams such as people, finance, corporate affairs, strategy and investment, governance, health and safety, or data and technology. Regardless of your role, you’ll collaborate across the business, working side-by-side with colleagues to deliver for our customers and communities.
Diverse roles need diverse skills
Our industry creates the places where life happens, and they need to meet the needs of the diverse people that use them. We’re only able to do that when we reflect the diversity of our communities within our own organisation.
After all, we work in some of the most ethnically diverse places in the country, from London to Leeds. Three in five visitors to our retail destinations are women. Over 20% of the UK population is disabled but nearly 80% of disabled people find it difficult to access shops or shopping centres.
We know that the only way we can truly understand our communities’ needs is by reflecting that diversity across our teams and leadership. Here’s some insight into our organisation:
