WorldRemit signs lease for 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1

Land Securities has let almost 25,000 sq ft at 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1, to the fast-growing financial technology company WorldRemit.

The transaction, which will see WorldRemit move its UK headquarters into the building’s second floor, takes 62 Buckingham Gate to 78% let.

62 Buckingham Gate is already home to a number of leading international businesses including Rolls Royce, World Fuel Services, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and OMV, and at ground-floor level the building hosts independent cinema chain Curzon, and new food outlets Benugo and Leon.
