Featuring outdoor spaces on every level and a green wall that climbs three storeys high, Lucent is filled with over 200 species of wildlife friendly plants, ensuring that biodiversity is at the heart of this building’s ethos.
Lucent has big ambitions, with a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating in its design stage, as well as targeting a WELL gold standard and NABERS 4.5*. This will be achieved through 100% renewable electricity powering the building, as well as the use of air source heat pumps, leading to an EPC B rating.
