DELIVERING VALUE THROUGH GROWTH
For more than 80 years, we've shaped places that stand the test of time. Rebuilding places damaged by war, transforming urban areas into thriving community hubs, and enhancing quality of life for the people who live, work in or visit our UK-wide places.
We spot opportunities, and continually adapt to curate places that meet the needs of a changing world. It's our continued growth that enables us to meaningfully impact sustainability, social mobility, and the economy.
Connecting people and place
Since 2019, we're delivered £147m of social value across the UK, and supported more than 19,000 people into employment.
We believe that increasing diversity across our industry and supporting local communities is essential to the future of the places we create.
Each year, we work with our partners to support people across the country with education, property-related workshops, and career opportunities. Our Landsec Futures social mobility programme is supporting at least 30,000 people from underrepresented socio-economic backgrounds towards long-term employment by 2030.
At Landsec, we create value by curating places that enhance quality of life.Because we’re a growing and profitable business, we can keep investing in the things that matter most. Supporting jobs, strengthening our partnerships across the UK, creating unforgettable experiences, and contributing significantly to the economy.
Our places continue to deliver meaningful value to everyone connected to them.
Through our Landsec Futures social mobility programme, we're supporting young people and underrepresented groups into careers in real estate, and are on target to deliver at least £200m of social value by 2030.
Our business impact highlighted here, as well as our regional and local contributions, reflect what can be achieved through continued investment in the right real estate in the right places across the country.
