Landsec internships offer an exciting, entry-level opportunity to gain six months of paid work experience with one of Europe’s largest commercial real estate companies.

Whether you’re just starting your career or considering a new direction, our internships are designed to help you build confidence, develop transferable skills, and contribute to shaping the future of Landsec. No previous work experience, qualifications, or a university degree are required to apply.

Landsec Futures

Our internships are part of Landsec Futures, our long-term commitment to increasing social mobility and representation in our business and wider industry. Our internships are designed to give you the first step in your career journey and have social mobility eligibility criteria to help us reach those who are underrepresented within real estate.

While some of our previous interns have secured opportunities at Landsec following their six-month placement, we cannot guarantee a permanent role at the end of internships. We’ll aim to put you in the best position possible to move into another role in real estate by building your skills, knowledge and networks, as well as providing tailored career guidance.
