Reverse mentoring for an inclusive future
Earlier this year, nine executive leadership team members (ELT) were each paired with a more junior colleague for a six-month reverse mentoring opportunity.
Land Securities Properties Limited operates the Piccadilly Lights media screen. It does not collect, record, hold or display any images of individuals visiting Piccadilly Circus. If there are any changes to this arrangement, for example if images of individuals are to be collected and displayed, for example as part of a particular campaign, this will be made clear through on-screen notifications and signage in the area.
The Piccadilly Lights media screen is a world famous advertising site in the middle of central London and the heart of Soho. The screen is a commercial platform that provides opportunity for brands to purchase space on a weekly basis to display their products or advertise their services. Landsec have two long term brand partners who are always present on the Lights 24/7 365, Coca Cola and Samsung both of who we have associations with going back many years.
In addition to the commercial activity on the screen Landsec support various charities, non profit organisations and government departments to provide messaging free of charge.
Neither the commercial or pro bono use of the screen at Piccadilly require Landsec to capture any personal data or imagery from passers by or individuals visiting Piccadilly Circus. We do not show images of the general public on screen, record them or hold any data in respect of the general public or any other individual.
